I had a look around at my place and did an inventory of my cookbooks, including one e-book. So far, I don't have so many, just 57 58 59. When I find something interesting I add it to my collection, though I think, I will never be able to try out all those lovely recipes. I also have cookbooks in different languages. You see that from the titles already or maybe not.

Definitely Nigel Slater's Kitchen Diaries. I always find something beautiful to read in that. Kitchen Diaries 2 is on my Xmas wish list!
